  • Youths of secondary school age (15-20) from the districts of Kyustendil and Jablanica, including Roma minority;
  • Teachers at secondary schools in the districts of Kyustendil and Jablanica;
  • Members of school boards, students' parents and other family members in these locations;
  • Environmentalists and civic activists;
  • Experts from local and regional educational, environmental and health authorities in the two border districts.
